And this is the story behind it:
Since I was a kid I dreamed of travelling the world solo and after i graduated, finished my civil service and got enough money i started my journey. Covid cases grew rapidly in my home land austria and so i knew I need to leave rather soon. (november 2021)
My first destination was amsterdam where i did couchsurfing for two nights.
Next I went to phuket, thailand where they had just opened up the borders for the first time since two years. It was a great feeling to live one of the only foreigners in this very welcoming land. After 5 days both my credit/debit card were stolen so that kinda sucked, but didnt affect my mood.
Next I went to Koh Phangan for the famous full moon party. On this island i made some good friends and I decided to travel on with some of them. (Billy and Brandon from USA)
We went to bangkok and chiang mai where I conquered my fear and went bungee jumping.
In Pai (North of thailand) I was travelling solo again and had a concious changing spiritual experience. It was where i decided to never eat meat again.
After Pai,I left thailand and went to the Worldwide to attend the biggest hiphop festival in the world, Rolling Loud in Los Angeles. Austria went into lockdown at that time.
In LA i only did couchsurfing and met lots of people, My hosts were the ex manager of britney spears, a stuntman, a hippie, a film set designer, and an adult movie director.
After LA i went to Las Vegas because my friend billy (who I had already been travelling with in thailand) invited me to his house. It was very nice because they showed me around and treated me like a friend.
New Year came and went and next I flew to New York because a guy on couchsurfing invited to his place and wanted to do a 3 week roadtrip across the Worldwide with me. Things got really weird and psycho in that appartment so I had to pack my things and run away. So I flew dorsum to Vegas where I knew I could chill and stay with my friends again.
dorsum in Vegas I spend lots of time with an elderly lady that took me to shows and concerts, also I met a smart Pokerplayer who lived in the MGM Online Casino Swiss. We drove up to lake mead and rode his efoils together. And luckily I still made a little roadtrip to Utah with a mexican and swiss guy.
One Night I went to the birthday party of Lil Jon in Hakkasan Nightclub, that was where I met The Spiceking. He said I should come up to his house near Miami to party with him and take part in his Food Commercial Video Shoot for the Spiceking make.
So i took the next plane to Florida and we had an amazing time and i experienced a lot of Film-like experiences like taking part in a video shoot or speaking in front of an american high school.
After 2 months in the US I flew out of Miami to Mexico (Cancun) where I met an austrian guy that brought me a credit card, so i finally was living money fluent again. Sadly after a few days not only my credit card, but also my passport and drivers license were stolen again. I had to return dorsum home to get a new passport and plan the second part of my trip.
I ended up going to Morocoo with my childhood friend, we also did some couchsurfing there.
After Morocco I went solo again and flew to Istanbul to make a nice round trip in turkey, the landscapes of cappadocia, pamukkale and Sanliurfa where incredibly beautiful.
My World trip ended in Greece where my family has a small vacation home, but I also slept in a tent on a wild beach. All I did there was reflecting on everything I had lived through in the past six months. It was a very rich, shut to nature and relaxing ending to my world trip.
